Workshop on Instructional Design by College of Education and Basic Sciences

As a part of the series of the cultural and educational events and activities planned by the College of Education and Basic Sciences for the academic year 2014-2015, it held a workshop and brainstorming sessions for the faculty members to exchange points of view and experiences.

A workshop entitled “The Model of Instructional Design- Modern Approaches in Assessment and Evaluation” was conducted by Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Gherfal. Held at Sheikh Zayed Center for Conferences and Exhibition it was attended by students and faculty members the workshop outlined the types of assessment, confusing terminology, classification of testing tools, learning domains and writing test items.

By the end of the workshop, there was an open discussion session on the topics and the participants were awarded certificates of attendance.
