New Teaching Methods Workshop for Ministry of Education by AU

As part of Ajman University's initiatives for “The Year of Giving”, and within the context of the cooperation between the Ministry of Education and the College of Education and Basic Sciences. The College of Education and Basic Sciences organized a training workshop entitled "Flipped learning Applications and Tools”, for teachers of the Ministry of Education in the Teacher Training Institute.

The workshop was attended by Prof. Dr. Cheikh Ould Hamoud, Dean of the College, Dr. Sami Al-Qatawneh, head of the Department of Educational Sciences, and Dr. Abdul Karim Yassin faculty member and chairman of the activities committee at the College, and a total of (36) teachers from the Ministry of Education.

The aim of the training workshop is to equip the target audience with the background knowledge and concept of Flipped learning, the role of the teacher in the flipped class, as well as to provide them with the necessary skills using its various tools and applications.

The Dean of the College, Dr. Cheikh Ould Hamoud, also met with the Director of the Teacher Training Institute, Ms. Khawla Ahmed Yacoub Al-Hosani, and discussed the future cooperation between the College and the Training Center.
